@Anonymous: I just downloaded it too and the folder freshy2 does have an image folder. (Note that after unpacking you get two directories: __MACOSX and freshy2. freshy2 is the real theme directory for the theme for PC users. There you find the subfolder images as well as all the other files.) I have yet to test the new version, though, as well as the new version with WP 2.9. (apparently customization no longer works with WP 2.9)
