Freshy 2 and Customize updated for Wordpress 2.9

Freshy 2 theme and Customize plugin have been updated for Wordpress 2.9. I just followed instructions at http://ocean90.wphelper.de/en/3127/fix-freshy-theme-wordpress and did not test this out. Please tell me if everything is fine.

Since I do not have time for Freshy 2 and Customize development, I will put source code on GitHub to allow other developers to help maintain code for future releases.

Can anyone confirm if Freshy & Customize will work on WPMU? I get the following error after activating the Customize plugin on WPMU 2.9:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_current_user() in /home/content/k/g/m/haiti/html/wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 969

Once this occurs the site's unavailable until I delete the plugin. I've ruled out the front page slideshow and the possibility of there being a plugin conflict because I have the same plugins running on two Wordpress demo versions of this theme I've customized on my local server:

I really would hate to start over from scratch with another theme so I'm hoping I've overlooked something simple. ANY responses appreciated.

Hi. Im using your Freshy theme on wordpress.com - the free one.

Well, everything was OK, but this week, the title images that I use for every post went down, so it dont fit to the date anymore. Check it out:

I was using this image with a transparency on the top right corner, so it could fit to the date generated by the code.

Always worked fine, but now, the image is below the date and created a white void between the title and the image. Is there any way you can help me here? Or I'll have to resize my images?

I may be SOS as I can't figure out something very minor about this wonderful theme :-)
What I'd like to do is use a static page for the front page and move my posts to a page called News. When I do this I notice that the Home link disappears from the main menu. Is there anyway to make it so that the Home link remains on the top navigation when a static page is selected?

Any responses appreciated.
